Gravity Enterprises started in Borivali with a simple frustration: founders were losing months to consultants who treated formation, licensing and compliance as three separate businesses.

How We Started

From a two-desk office in Borivali to a 12-state practice.

Gravity Enterprises was founded to close a gap we kept seeing across Mumbai's small and mid-sized businesses: the formation lawyer, the licensing agent and the compliance accountant rarely spoke to each other, and founders paid for that silence in missed deadlines and mismatched filings.

We built Gravity around a different model — one advisor accountable for an entity's entire lifecycle, from the first incorporation certificate to every ROC filing that follows. What began with a handful of trading and food-sector clients in Borivali East has grown into a practice supporting manufacturers, exporters, hospitality ventures and fintech platforms across 12 states.

Today, our office on Ratan Nagar continues to run on the same principle: a business's paperwork should never be the reason it loses momentum.
